Been a member for many years. It was the only gym in the city authorized to remain open during the pandemic. The equipment is peerless, and the employees are what makes it extra special. The Market with quality, healthy food is an important part of my nutritional health. Indoor and outdoor pools. Highly recommended

This place has everything, full gym, cardio equipment and a track, spa, hair salon, wet and dry sauna, cryo chamber all sorts of skin and hair care products available in the locker room. And that's just the second floor. There's several pools on the roof, I navigated the whole place with my stroller and a baby just fine. They also have childcare options, a juice bar, and several food options as well as a market. They even have a business center for quiet work.

Literally don’t join ebc, you will be underwhelmed. This gym is so outdated, like 2010 technology with 2026 bad attitudes. It took over 30 minutes to reserve a locker, the key was broken and 5 other roadblocks. You get a complimentary massage upon joining and it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten, the masseuse obviously didn’t care if it was enjoyable. It was a waste of an hour. The people at the front desk at the spa and the women’s locker room aren’t very nice. People don’t put their weights away so all of the machines have plates on them. It’s so overcrowded, there are probably 40 benches in two of the three weight rooms and it’s hard to find one that’s open. This giant, relatively expensive gym and there are only two weighted leg presses and one good back machine. Bad vibes all over.

It's a wow, huge, and high-end gym. All the amenities are available at your convenience—a vast swimming pool, spa, coffee shop, and apparel shop. Magnificent view in the city while running on the track. There is a variety of exercise equipment available. So many locker rooms, nice showers, sauna, and an elegant dressing room. Highly recommended.Great place.

If you join as a couple, it is a lot cheaper than paying $275 per person and if it’s a couple is $455 for two people. The location is beautiful because it’s right on the river and you can suntan on the roof and lots and lots of people going swimming so it will be more of a social gathering benefit Jim in some ways. But seriously this place is massive and you will find everything you need here. The location is beautiful however, the closest blue line station is grand and it’s about a .8 mile walk from the CTA. And there is really not much parking here unless you are lucky to find street parking or street metered parking.
